The last day of October [2016] was a Monday, and we welcomed the 36th flag raising ceremony of our village early that morning. The Sixth Plenary Session of the 18th CCP Central Committee has already come to a close and the 9th Party Congress of the Autonomous Region will be held at the end of the month. Therefore, this week’s main teaching was to study the spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee and the Ninth Party Congress of the Autonomous Region. The working group assisted the village committees and committees to convey the spirit of the meeting to the peasants through the presentation ceremony on Monday. The material to be covered the meeting was relatively voluminous, so the presentation lasted all morning.
