Khotan, Xinjiang’s Qaraqash County Qarasay Township’s primary school has a total of 5563 students, among whom 1774 are children of “two types” people. The number of people whose parents are both “not at home” is 130. Two types people children include a father or mother who is either be at a “training center” or is detained. Training center refer to [those] whose way of thinking has a problem, they exceeded birth limits, or they participated in illegal religious activity; those people are sent to training centers to undergoing transformation education.
