Jimsar County, Santai Township Launches the "Salute the Flag and Celebrate National Day" 10,000 Person Flag Raising Activity
October 01, 2018October 1 is the 69th anniversary of our great motherland’s birth. Santai Township’s cadres, members of the “Visit the People, Benefit the People, Bring Together the Hearts of the People” work team, and people of all ethnic groups gathered in the Santai Community to solemnly hold the “Salute to the National Flag and Celebrate the National Day” flag-raising event for 10,000 people, in order to celebrate this grand festival with the people of the whole country. Amidst the solemn sounds of the national anthem, the five-star red flag was slowly raised, while people from all ethnic groups sang the national anthem with unparalleled excitement. Their echoes resounded from the square, full of power and grandeur.
After the event, all ethnic groups visited the Core Socialist Values Base and carried out the “I Took a Photo with the National Flag” activity.
