This stage has already had over 3500 workers of all ethnic groups have established happy families through group weddings. Furthermore, a variety of popular projects such as employee housing, physical and mental health care, and children’s education [subsidies/scholarships] also supported by the collective wedding. To build nests and attract the phoenix, [TBEA] has brought in high-level talents from inner-China allowing them to set up a family at TBEA, establish roots in Xinjiang, and contribute to Xinjiang’s economic and social development.
